I bought it not from India of course but I have that monitor.
It is an 60Hz 5ms IPS monitor. This monitor is good for gaming too, just not as smooth as those TN panels with over 75Hz refresh rate.

That monitor was bought 3 years ago and starting 3 weeks ago I am using it only as extension monitor after my XB270HU arrived.

if u use it for gaming then go for Benq xl2420z 144 hz monitor but its priced a lil higher on ur budget.

when i first bought like 6 months back it was 24k im sure if you buy from a shop rather than flipkart u will get it for 22 or 23k
