You can download MSI Afterburner, it shows all information for GPU, CPU, fan speed, etc. I wouldn't completely recommend using this program to overclock anything on your computer, I've tried and it either doesn't do much or it does way too much and my computer would get a blue screen and I would have to fix that. You should use a standard program that comes with/you can download with your video card and or that you can download from the company that made your hardware.

GPU-Z has a monitor window as well, as well as details your GPU. Deathcon51 must have used MSI AB incorrectly, ive been using it for a few days now, and have had no such issues as i slowly crank up my cards potential. im almost at max settings before playing with voltage, not sure if i wanna touch that till my own question hur gets an answer XD
