I recently reinstalled Windows 7 64bit, and I installed my videos drivers. However, it will not detect my second monitor.

Both monitors are on and they show the same exact screen however when I go into screen resolution only one monitor is detected!

Please help!

I would bet this is a BIOS setting. I know for a fact the BIOS has a setting for dual monitor support, but a fresh install of your OS shouldn't have reset it. Even so, its worth a look. Hold F2 on boot and navigate to the graphics section. If you don't see something that says "Dual monitor support: disabled/enabled" What do you see?

I was using AMDAutoDetect to install my drivers and for some reason it was detecting the wrong card and installing a driver that wasn't for my hardware. So I had to search for my driver manually and then it was fixed!
