why haven't they made a 60hz 4k monitor that support 144hz in a lower 1440p resolution?

As far as I am aware they haven't made a single monitor that can do 4k in 60hz and can do 144hz in 1440p. Does any one know why? Surely I can't be the first to think of it, so is it some limitation in hardware?

they don't make their products to last long, this is what we call business criteria
