Looking to buy a new gaming monitor

Hi,
I'm looking to buy a new monitor for my rig, the two that I currently use are about 6 years old and are in need of an upgrade. I've been looking around and I like the idea of buying a BenQ XL2720Z.

My rig currently has a GTX 670 which I'm considering upgrading after buying a new monitor.

I was wondering if anyone who owns this monitor can tell me if it's worth it? And also if anyone has any recommendations on a monitor that I'd be better suited to buy.

Also, I've heard good things about the ASUS ROG PG278Q, but at almost double the price of the BenQ I don't know if I can justify spending this much, any thoughts?
