Can This Graphics Card Handle This Monitor

Can a EVGA GeForce GTX 4GB FTW ACX 2.0+ handle an Asus 1080P 144Hz monitor or an HP 1080P 60Hz monitor?

I'm guessing it's a GTX960? And if it is, then the answer is yes. But you may not be able to play the newest game on the highest graphics settings; the graphics settings would have to be toned down a little

Oh sorry, it is a GTX 960 I forgot to put that in.

But can I play most games on 1080P 60FPS or 144FPS, excluding titles needing similar hardware to run The Witcher 3 and Crysis 3.

You should be able to run Crysis 3 at 60 FPS on high quality with no problem and I'm going to assume the same for Witcher 3.
