IS GTX 750Ti Worth Buying For A Budget Build Or Should Go With R9ers

Hello Fellows I Am Building A new Budget Rig And Want Suggestions For The GPU.
I did some research and found the GTX 750ti is good but some say go for R9 280.my budget for GPU is Around 15k to 20k RUPEES (1 $ = Approx. 60 Rs.).
So Suggest Me Some Good GPU's In My Budget.

Personal choice dude, but i would go with 750, since less problems with drivers

Unless power\space is a concern (which the 750ti wins hands down) I would definately go with the 280. It's just a stronger card. Every ounce counts in a budget build right? However it IS personal choice as always. If it were me I'd save around 40 bucks and get a 260x (slightly weaker than the 750ti) or just make the leap to the 280.
