Help !! Computer No Beep No Boot No Signal Nothing!!

Yesterday It was Finely Working And SHutted Down The Computer And Today it Wont Boot Or Start . No Beep No signal saying in Monitor. The Power supply I Think it is fine . CPU Fans are working . Removed RAM and cleaned it . What do DO ??? Monitor is Working properly by Connecting It To My Laptop .

My Specs :
RAM : 1GB DDR2
No GPU , using Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset
Motherboard : Asus PK5ML-AM IN
450W Power Supply
500GB , 150 GB , 40 GB HDD's
No Optical drive , using External USB Optical DVD Drive
OS : Windows 8.1 Enterprisen (500GB HDD) , Windows 7 (150GB HDD) , WIndows XP (500GB HDD)

disconnect all drive cables from motherboard & psu. remove all cards & ram. clear reset the cmos has have found that to work sometimes to kickstart a stubborn system. try to turn on computer. try another psu as fans run on 12 volts but motherboard needs 3.3 & 5 volts. are you using an optical mouse & if yes then when computer shuts down when it was working before, was the mouse's light still on & if it was then is it on now?

I Tried All What You Said And It Didnt Work . The Mouse Lights Are Glowing When The CPU is Turned On but It Doesn't Display Anything nor The Cursor . I AM Using The USB Mouse .

I Lend Another PSU From My Neighbour And That Didnt Work .... Its nOt The Problem Of PSU I Think...

how many sticks of ram are you using, 1x1gig or 2x512meg?
