Display Via HDMI to TV problem

so i recently build a computer (my first one) and at first everything was working fine but recently on boot up and sometimes randomly while using the computer my display will randomly cut out (i have it hooked up via HDMI from my graphics card to a toshiba tv) i have searched through forums and tried a few things but so far nothing seems to work. its rather annoying to be in the middle of a game or movie and i suddenly loose my display :/. any help would be greatly appreciated

FYI: GPU is a AMD Radeon HD 5800 series

that is heatsing issue you just check heatsing paste and fan
