I need help with how to REinstall windows 8

I had this automatic repair loop problem for a looong while and finally i managed to reset my whole dell laptop but a new problem has arised. My laptop was already provided with windows 8 when it was bought and i installed it (before the whole boot loop problem started) so now i need someone to tell me how to re-install windows 8 on my dell laptop because i have no idea how to do that..plus the laptop is like a tablet or something, meaning i can only use usbs and portable hard drives/disks so i cant use a cd whatsoever. I would really appreciate some help.

If windows was on it when you brought it, it should say what function key or key to press to restore it to factory settings (after you reboot it / on the post screen)

You dont need a dvd

Or it may have a program somewhere that'll let you create some kind of restore dvd
