What is the differrence between Galax GTX 960 OC or EXOC ?

I have decided to go with gtx960 and only the galax cards are within my budget.

I have found these two cards, exoc and oc. EXoc has 1202mhz core speed and oc one has 1165mhz.

Other than this clock difference, EXOC one is about 10 bucks more priced. Which one would be better buy ? I'm on a tight budget

if you on a really tight budget, buy the cheapest 960 with a non-reference cooler, and overclocking all the way. if the regular OC on is the only 960 you can afford, get it and overclock the heck out of it. the GTX 960 is a very overclockable GPU.
