dip stick has water and oil mixture

Freeze plug was pushed out in cold weather now it has been fixed but my dip stick has water and oil mixture

If there is water in the oil then there is either a cracked block, damaged head gasket or warped head. Any and all of those will require disassembly. You can try and do an oil change, to see if perhaps the water was due to condensation or another factor, but it's very unlikely. A cracked block or blown head gasket are the most likely causes.

Its a big job. you head gasket might blown out or your piston is worn out. mostly overall your engine.

A worn piston or piston ring could NEVER cause there to be water in the oil.
