Choosing the right Gaming TV/Monitor for Xbox One/360?

Heya everyone!

Basically, I'm looking for a good monitor/TV for my Xbox One and my Xbox 360 - So it has to be in the gaming range of course, it is also the only purpose of the TV!

However, I did recently buy the Asus MX279H 27-inch Widescreen, which was prefect in quality, and had little to no monitor lag, but it didn't have an optical cable which I NEED for my gaming! As I have a wireless sonos system set up and it needs an optical for the soundbar!

If anyone can find a monitor/tv (Preferably under $400) that has an optical cable, has amazing quality for gaming similar to that of my old monitor and is around the 30-40 inch TV range it would be amazing!

Otherwise, buy a Dell S2715h and a TV tuner. It has a glossy coating that makes the image clearer and the colors more vibrant.

I cannot help you about the optical cable though.

Yeh, optical input. Look it up, you might recognize it!

It is a sound input right, this why I was not aware of it.

Yeh, it is an audio cable. I said about the TV's in the case you couldn't find the monitor for it.

Just make sure that the TV you take has full 4:4:4 chroma reproduction and low input lag. The latest Sony and Samsung TVs generally comply with these requirements.
