New frame rate limiter in AMD's 15.7 drivers not working?

I am trying to use the frame rate limiter setting in Catalyst Control Center with the new 15.7 drivers but its not working. I set it to 60fps, but when I launch any games I still go way over (trying to prevent having to use vsync). Any ideas?

try reinstalling the driver. if that does not fix the problem try doing clean driver install using DDU.
