hello which of these specs will perform better in 1080p games
i3 2120+ sapphire R9 280 Dual X 3gb ddr5
or
i3 2120+ Gigabyte / Msi GTX 960 2gb ddr5

Gtx 960 is better than 280/7950. The specs lean towards the 280, but the in game performance show that 960 outperforms 280 while consuming significantly less power.
