Please help me search the app store on my iphone 5

When I search the iphone app store with the exact name of the app i want it provides me a list of a hundred apps that are not the app i am looking for.
This always happens no matter what app i am searching for and it has been this way for years.

You should complain this to Apple Store, and its galore of *&^%*^ apps.
Or to the app' developer for not choosing the right keywords / app name.
