1440p, 27", G-Sync, what is the most important?

I understand that this is pretty subjective, but I'm going to ask you guys anyway!
I'm getting a new monitor (xl2420t, will then be my 2nd monitor), and I'm wondering what you guys would choose between a 27" 1080p 144hz screen, 24" 1080p 144hz w/ G-sync or the XG270HU, which is a budget 144hz 1440p 27" w/out g-sync.

And please explain your choice!

Edit: I could get a 144hz G-sync 27" 1440p monitor but that would seriously hurt my wallet..

Seriously Depends on your GPU. If you have a nvidia Gpu only then you need to consider G-sync if not its not worth it i mean amd freesync is pretty much similar and they dont charge royalties on it.
