What is the candela/lumen value for the Headlights & taillights

Hello everyone.
Is there a pdf document where it is official specified the detail values for the car headlights&taillights?
I would like to know how many candela[or lumens] does the headlight lamp "bulbs" generate. Since there are many car manufacturers and different car models, i imagine that they are not all the same, specially when the lamp type is HID, Xenon, LED, incandescent, etc
i have searched the web but now i am very confused since i have found values like 3000cd, 1500000cd, 1500lx,etc

Headlight lamps vary pretty widely through roughly the 1000-2000 lumen range. The first source has a chart where you can look up what you have now
