I would not buy a 360 power supply, it will bite you in the rear when you upgrade the graphics.
Get a good 550 unit like the XFX TS 550 for $65.
You do not say what the board is.

sorry i must of forgot to put it on there my bad. Also i looked up your recommended power supply and it said 80+ Bronze. isn't 80+ Gold better than bronze?

The gold standard means it uses a very small amount less electricity than a bronze standard supply.
You are looking at 1 or 2 $ a year.Gold standard units are for high budget systems,not value builds.
A 360watt supply will not run a gtx 960, 970, or any of the a.m.d. graphics cards above a gtx750T.I. performance,no matter what efficiency rating it has.
If you buy one you will need to replace it to upgrade your graphics card.

Considering the $65 cost of the TS 550 unit I would not advise using anything smaller unless the machine will never be used for gaming or other tasks involving a graphics card.Then your gold rated 360 watt unit would be a good choice but not for a new gaming pc.

ok thanks another question i would like to ask. would i be able to run most games on high settings @60fps. Or will i have difficulty running games like GTA V with these specs?

Go with an XFX 550W power supply or a Seasonic 520W power supply! 360W is too small.
