if windows 10 is the latest MICROSOFT OS why it will suport it for 10 years only ?

The company will offer "mainstream" support for its upcoming OS until 2020 at the earliest, and "extended" support until at least 2025.
how can that happen if windows 10 is the latest 10 ?
so after 2025 there is no windows anymore ?

No there will be a new version, just reduced support for windows 10

unlikley. m.s have never charged for updates until the o.s has reached eol and eoes (end of life and end of extended support) which is normally 7-8 years after initial release. until then all updates will likely be free unless m.s suddenly change there update policy.
the fact is if m.s are offering extended support till 2025 then they are extending there update policy for 2 years longer than normal.

Remember that Microsoft releases a new version of Windows every 3 years or so. Windows 2000 had a 10 year life cycle between release and end of extended support, according to this:
