I currently have a quad monitor setup, but my 4th monitor which is on top won't work unless I turn off one of the other monitors.
I get this message from AMD Catalyst CC: To extend the desktop, a desktop or display must be disabled.
I have all monitors connected to all Mini DP connectors on the card.
Monitors: Asus VN247h x 3 and BenQ GL2450HM (Which won't work)

Are all of your monitors configured to DP 1.2? DP 1.1 only has half the bandwidth of 1.1. Go into CCC, look at Information-Displayport Diagnostics. You will be able to see bandwidth consumption for you DP ports.

I do not have that option in Amd CCC, maybe cause I use a HDMI to Mini DP adapter?

Another option, if you are not using the 4th monitor for gaming and are just using it for Web sites, videos, is to attach it to the processor integrated video from the motherboard. You will need to make sure the integrated video is enabled in the uefi/bios and that the drivers are installed. Then attach the 4th monitor to the motherboard.
