1080p or 1440p 144hz 1ms g-sync for gtx 980ti

Hello,
I need some more help on my recent build to choose monitor as my old vga lcd 22 inch i think just won't cut for this build.
Is acer XB240H a good choise to my i7 4790k and 980ti set up or am i missing some better choices?

It seems to get favorable to great reviews online. If you can find it for less than $400, I thik it would be a great pick up for your build.

I can get this for £265 or £295 on amazon.co.uk
Although i dont understand why there is two different prices.are they different build dates?

If you are still able to get the 265 one, I would grab it.

Amazon does drop shipping so they normally have someone else provide the hardware, thus the difference in price. They just provide the portal to sell wares on.

Would my 980ti have any hard time running max graphics setings or i should look for 1440 panel?

I have my eyes set on acer xb240ha its 24inch 1080p 1ms 144hz g-sync £291.i can't get myself to click buy button as im still unsure if i would make a good choice buying this one.my pc desk in such design that i don't think i would be able to put anything bigger than 24 inch.so i think i will need to stick to that size . Of course i would like to get 1440p one with all the bell's like acer but they just too expensive even a 300 is alot to me as im not a millionaire.
