For some reason there are millions of pixels blinking and are random colors all over my monitor, why?

I have no idea what is wrong my PC was ok than all of a sudden it happened all at once and now my Task bar icons have random black pixels all over them blinking, letters on Facebook, Youtube, google chrome are random colors and blinking and when i play games i see huge purple patches appearing and disappearing? Whats going on here?

Ok but how could malware cause screen tears and pixels to go crazy? I thought it would my GPU but im trying it.

Malware could be running itself, just to be disruptive. It might not be the answer, but it is gonna be the first thing I want to check, especially if it's been running normally for some time, and you weren't doing anything unusual on the system when this started.
