is this display ok for 4K gaming

Hello,
I want to game on 4K display and was thinking of buying this display.

LG 42" 42UB820T 4K UHD Smart LED TV

i am getting a rebate of 300$ if i buy this one. please recommend me if this is ok for gaming at 4k resolutions.

got a 4770k @4.5 with quad 290x so no problem on the graphics part.

Your LG is going to be okay for 4K gaming upto 60 FPS, make sure your GPU has/ supports HDMI 2.0.

In short, check the compatibility of HDMI ports between two. if your TV was manufactured by LG post march 2015, it should have hdmi2.0

It looks like it from this article but I would still dig to make sure. It says 1.4 hdmi on several different spec sheets but this guy bought it and says that it states it is 2.0 hdmi 2160P @ 60 hz.

This is the users manual and it says hdmi 2.0 60 hz for 2160P ....it's on page 23, so it should probably work.

tv has hdmi 1.4 / 2.0 some states 1.4 other 2.0, wth is this?

that should allow me 4k res @60hz correct?
