Reliaable 24" - 27" Wide Screen Monitor with HDMI and USB

Looking for a 24" - 27" Wide Screen Monitor. Usage is basically browsing and movies, for home use. Hence I guess, I don't need a 1ms response or 144Hz monitor.

These are my priorities.

• 
  ■ IPS or something similar. Ability to use for long hours without much strain.
  ■ Either of 1920x1080 or 1920x1200. Leaning towards latter...unable to make up my mind (maybe someone can chip in).
  ■ Must be Reliable!!
  ■ Should have HDMI input. Also like to have USB.

Prefer in the price range of - Dell S2415H. Preferably not higher, lower would be great!
Only downside of S2415H is that it does not have USB.
