144hz Monitor for Sim Racing

I have

AMD8350

Asus M5a99x evo

970 ftw acx 2.0

Choices would be Benq27inch, or ASUS, that's what am liking right now.

Will a 144hz benefit me in racing games.
Am using a 3d led samung smart TV 50 inch 120hz. Also I have a 29 inch LG EA73 ugh really not liking that montior bet office people do ugh...

So should I buy one and what do you guys suggest, never go wrong on here and I do buy what people suggest on here , ty for your time !

I just bought the BenQ XL2730Z, and love it. I would think the higher refresh rate would help no matter what game you're playing, but definitely for racing games.

That's what am looking at, was going to buy it on Amazon but they are out of stock now.
