Looking to use my Apple Thunderbolt Display for my PC?

I have a 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display, and I want to use it as a display for my PC. Unfortunately, this display has no HDMI connectors, only one Mini-DVI connector. This is compatible with my mac, of course, but my PC graphics card (XFX R9 290) does not have a Mini-DVI connector.

My question: Is there a Mini-DVI to HDMI connector, or other adapter, avaliable so I can connect an HDMI cord to my graphics card, then connect it to an adapter which I can also plug into my Mini-DVI display connector?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I agree, apple has never been wallet friendly... Thank you for the links.
As for my choice in monitor, this was given to me by a friend. It is a high quality display and I don't have the money right now to buy its equal.

Thanks again for the help!
