Honestly i would stick with the 1080P because of it's great settings. 144Hz 1MS sounds wonderful. Also i personally do not like big screens.
However the 1440P 60Hz 4 MS IPS should have great display of colors and angles and if you like bigger screens you should pick this.

For gaming, having an 144Hz is a big plus, as it reduces motion blur.

the 1440p is 25" it's not that big, I am using a gtx 970 so any game would be maxed

All of them are 144Hz 1080p TN monitors that are flicker free and have good color presets and contrast. The LG has the best image quality and is the cheaper, but the others also have G-Sync.
