Peripherals are an afterthought...

Gentlemen...I have $350 to build. I will spend up to 130$-$200 (-_-)* on the gpu.

Intel...AMD...Nvidia...ATI.......Ebay...I have no qualms. May the spit-balling commence.

Uhh, maybe try linking to the store/manufacture's product page instead of youtube videos.
But uhh, you can go ebay scumming yourself, look for things like:

CPU: i5-3XXX
Mobo: H77 chipset
GPU: GTX 660/670
Ram: DDR3 8GB 1600mhz CAS 9
HDD: Don't buy used, get a 1 TB caviar blue from western digital
SSD: out of your budget.
