Eyefinity with active hdmi splitter + pasive displayport to hdmi ¿will it work?

I know my video card only has to ramdac or w/e. So.. if i use an active hdmi splitter and a pasive DP to HDMI cable will it work with eyefinity? I need to know before i buy one. I only want this alternative because active DP to HDMI is way more expensive than this active hdmi splitter.

It will look something like this:

-------------------------- HDMI ---------------MONITOR 1
---HDMI---ACTIVE SPLITER
VIDEO CARD -------------------------- HDMI ---------------MONITOR 2
----DP-----PASIVE CABLE ADAPTER----HDMI

I think this might actually work as an extra ramdac for the video card?

I don't know what your diagram is trying to show, but a splitter only splits a signal. So whatever is coming as the input is split, hence the name splitter. It doesn't give you an actual second physical screen. That's only a job for the GPU.
