Im looking for a monitor for gaming not competitive. I play Lol and i want to play a lot of single player games like crysis, witcher and gta 5.

My budget is around 300 - 350 either ips or tn.

I don't get what you mean, " for gaming not competitive". But as far as 1080p is concerned you can't go wrong with the Asus Vg248qe. It is a great overall monitor supports 144hz refresh rate and 1ms lag time. It only costs $229.

I want it most off all for gaming but im not gaming on a competitive level or something just for fun.

I think that with 1080p at 27" this monitor will look a bit too grainy. For 1080p i wouldn't go above 23/24". Above that screen size i'd be looking at 1440p.
