Having trouble upgrading to Windows 10

Hi guys, this morning I tried getting the Windows 10 free upgrade. When I got to Windows update to check for the upgrade, it kept saying "Windows is up to date" So I ran a diagnostic and it says I'm missing an update.

I went through the update history on Windows Update and it seems like I already have it downloaded

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the update several times but it doesn't seem to help.
does anyone know how to fix this?
