Does the Upgrade Make the Change from MBR to GPT, or Should I?

Currently I'm running Win7 on a 240gb SSD with MBR, NTFS partition and no system reserved folder and no boot folder. The SSD has 24gb unallocated for overprovisioning. I've already reserved the upgrade to Win10. Will the upgrade handle the change from MBR to GPT gracefully, if at all?

The disks stay as they are. You can only change a disk with MBR to GPT if it has no partitions so you would need to delete all data and partitions to switch.
