Should i install the drivers i have after windows 10 has already installed some?

So, I just installed a fresh windows 10 and i got my drivers from my motherboard manufacturer on my usb, but windows already installed some on his own...I know i dont need to install the sound and the lan ones, but i got others(intel related) that im not sure of...So, should i still do it?

Open device manager and there will be a yellow exclamation mark next to anything that needs a driver. Intel management engine usually needs to be installed for the UMBus.
