Black screen im begging for help

Well first off , yesterday i installed windows 10 but.. every time the windows logo would load i would get a black screen with a cursor , i did try to fix it tried safe mode same problem... so i restored my pc tried to install drivers for windows 10 reinstalled windows 10 over night and the same black screen appears, do you know where to get the drivers and if so how to install them outside of the windows interface

Specs:
Intel DH87RL H81 chipset motherboard
intel i3 4th gen
8gb ram ddr3

Also, if you've rolled back, before you take the plunge again, please be sure to run Windows Update. Windows Update will grab everything you need that you may not have yet, to ensure your upgrade is as painless as possible.
