Switching between integrated and discrete graphics card

My computer has two monitor ports. One for integrated and one for discrete graphics card. Is there a way that I could have them automatically switch for gaming or web browsing without unplugging my monitor.
If it matters my discrete card is an AMD R9 270

no unfortunately and there is no need because R9 270 only uses 20W of power during normal use browsing/office work etc/ and up to 150W during gaming
