What PSU should I choose for this build?

I'm putting together my first build, as the laptop I'm gaming on is becoming obsolete. Budget was 400 eur, but I'm already past that. The parts here are what are available in my region and with the best price. I live in Estonia.

How big has to be the wattage, what quality can I get for around 40-60 eur?

I was thinking of this mabe: CORSAIR ATX 2.31 VS SERIES 550W CP-9020097-EU

550W should be plenty for that system and has a lot of headroom for some upgrades aswell.

Thank you, I dug around, but couldn't find it in any stores near me. I can't order things from amazon or similar stores.
I have no knowledge on Radeons, and I only know a little about Nvidia cards.
But I found this:
Sapphire AMD/​ATI Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 It's even cheaper than the 960 I want! But Is it better? I read this has no dx12 support?

yes, R9 270X is very good and it DOES support DX12; very close to performance of 960; get the 270X
