Motherboard: design I/O shield for case

Hello everyone. I open this topic of conversation to ask if anyone knows a specific software or web site where download the CAD file type (file extension DWG or DXF) containing drawings of various types of I/O shield. By this I mean the different position which can take serial ports, parallel ports, keyboard and mouse connectors, USB ports, audio ports and another on a motherboard of any brand.

you could try asking motherboard manufacturers for a .dwg of their backplates. they'll probably say no.

Oh yes ... the manufacturers of motherboards do not give anything. I thought there was at least one software or CAD file template for their design
