Witcher 2 & Windows 10 crash

Hi! has anyone experienced a crash to desktop after the intro CG sequence since updating to windows 10, the game was working flawlessly on windows 7 this week until today? Thanks!

Ive tried re-installing, opening in safe mode and disabling Avast.

My system is

i7 4790k
16gb Ram 1600mhz
GeForce GTX 970
Gigabyte Z97x SLI motherboard
Samsung 120gb SSD
Toshiba 1TB HDD

Driver version? Is it GoG or steam version? It could be driver conflict as well since win 10 is new. So far I heard a lot of problem with nvidia drivers for win10.

steam version, drivers are current - 353.62

really sucks, know one i know has been having this issue

FIXED - Deleted Steam version and installed GoG back up version
