Windows 10 refuses to install UK language packs

Whenever I try to install one via the Control Panel, it just says "failed to install", no error code or anything. The other settings UI will just freeze on the download bar.

And Cortana won't recognise my language or region. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe wipe my computer's languages?

Alright, I solved it. Deleted everything from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and tried again and it seems to be working now.
