Games Choppy After Windows 10 Update

Hello, since the Windows 10 update, my games have become choppy. It doesn't make any sense, games that I used to run no problem, are now choppy. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Yes, I did.

Also, I believe there is a newer bios update for me, but whenever I try to install it, it says that I need Intel device manager drivers for "ME" update but I'm on an AMD system so when I try to get those it says that my system doesnt meet the requirements.

Even playing something like Agario, it stutters. I monitored GPU usage with MSI Afterburner, and the graph goes up and down constantly. This is the graph: http://gyazo.com/909b22884fffbff48665da394b2c280a the flat line at the end if after I stopped playing.

Open task manager and see if there and any processes running with high cpu usage.

CPU is idleing at about 9% or so. If I had to guess, its a GPU problem but I don't know what's the cause or how to fix it.

R9 280x Double D
8GB DDR3

Same issue.
Games also take a lot longer to load up, both initially and once in the game itself.

Specs:
i7 5820k @4.3ghz all cores
16gb DDR4 2333
GTX980
128GB SSD + 2x 2tb 7200

Obviously with our specs, these things should not be happening.

After getting the BIOS update to work, the issues are fixed. Thanks guys!

Same prob so I un-installed then re-installed the affected games and that got rid of the choppiness.
