I need a Windows 7 pro license so I can downgrade from Enterprise

I have Windows 7 Enterprise, which soon will be losing its licensing. I'd like to downgrade to windows 7 pro, then upgrade to Windows 10 pro. I don't mind paying for it, but I need to know where I can get a valid license that will be accepted by the downgrade utility info on it found here:

I'm not sure if it will accept an OEM license or needs a full license.(I suspect I need a full version)

An OEM license is the same as a Retail (no such thing as "full) license except an OEM license can only be used with the first model of motherboard you install it on.
