I clean installed Windows 10 and under architecture I selected both (32 bit and 64 bit) instead of just 64 bit. It says under system I have a 64 bit OS but is it bad that I clicked both rather than just 64 bit? I was following a tutorial which is why I chose both.

No it's not bad. If it says, after all is done, that you have a 64bit OS, thats what you have. You can't have both.

If it had detected that you had a 32bit OS to start with, that's what you would have ended up with.
