I have gone back to windows 8.1 as described but how do I delete the update ready to get started windows 10 files

I have reverted back to windows 8.1 but every time I turn my computer on the downloaded windows 10 is setting there waiting to start the installation process in windows update. How do I remove it before someone accidentally clicks on the restart button (grandkids maybe)?

Not entirely sure if this will work, but I believe that if you go into Windows Update and remove that particular update, it should go away.
