Hello guys! i have been reading for about 2-3 days about monitors and panel types and all of that.

Now id really love to know your opinion on which would be the best monitor for two different price ranges.
(around 150 USD and around 200 USD)

What do i want it for?

Mostly gaming.

What am i looking for?

Atm im using a TN 5 ms monitor (LG Flatron W2243S) i dont notice any ghosting nor input lag for the records.

I want the best image quality i can get (i really care about how good things look).
Also, i wouldnt like to get ghosting or a higher input lag than what i have atm (i seriously dont notice any ghosting)

Which monitors have i looked this far?

I guess some people are more sensitive to ghosting and it's subjective, or there was an improvement in the monitor later on.

I've had mine since 2013 and not had a problem, great color and solid gamer. The speakers really suck badly, they should've just left them off. Also, no display port on it if that matters.

My stepson asked me to help him build his first tower this year and he had a limited budget but wanted a good monitor, so we got him this, it looks great and the color is really vivid, the anti glare filter seems lighter than on mine so colors seem to pop more on lower brightness. IDK how it is on FPS, because he plays League all the time, I can ask...

People will go on and on about 144hz and blah blah, but IPS has so much better color than ANY TN. Even the types of IPS that aren't recognized as "true IPS" by some people, such as AH-IPS.

You have to look at this thing all day and nice color makes a difference unless you are a counter strike FPS snob. I have a 5ms AH-IPS and I don't see ghosting.

It's really good picture quality for the price IMO.
