Windows 10 slow internet speeds

I installed Window 10 64 with my old Windows 7 64 in a dual boot. I am getting about three quarters of my upload and download speeds on a FIOS connection. Any suggestions?

I suspect this due to the fact that your Windows 10 started to share updates with other users via torrent like technology. You can disable this in the Windows Update settings.

As suggested I disabled the feature and my internet speeds are back to normal
