after an windows 10 update my wi-fi doesn't work!!

Hello , I recently update my Windows 8.1 to win10, but when i finished installing windows 10, my internal wifi wasn't working (the wifi icon has an red X). at first i try enable it with the command prob (netsh interface) and it told me that the "wifi "doesn't existe. i reinstalled it back to windows 8.1 and the wifi rework again! days later i retry windows 10 and i get the same problem again.

i have an Acer Aspire 7741, with an atheros AR9271wireless Network adapter.

please help!!

Look on their website, apparently they don't support Windows 8 or Windows 10 from what I can see.

You might want to try getting the newest driver you can, but they haven't updated it since 2011, I'd look into getting a new card installed if possible.

Your wifi is probably on a high channel like 12-13 or maybe even 14.
Just go into your router/modem and change the wireless channel to 11 or lower.

I had the same problem, this should fix it.
