RMA Process Help

I am returning a DOA motherboard to newegg. I requested a RMA number and an email came through. I printed the document and did everything it said to do. It mentioned an unscathed upc code. It gives me two codes on the paper but I am wondering. Does it mean I need to ship it back in the original cardboard box it came in with that upc code? Or just use the one newegg gave to me? Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to be a bother, but just to be clear. I use the original cardboard box with it's upc code and then i put the product with all the retail packaging and the upc code newegg gave me into the box?

I think that would work.
Whatever newegg says to include, and how they say to package it...do that.
