Computer died while updating to windows 10

Was updating from windows 7 to windows 10 and the battery died now most things are really slow or are unresponsive. On top of that i cant complete the update... i have tried a restore but it didnt help with the update problem.

You will very likely need to restore to default OEM Windows 7 (or do a clean Windows 7 reinstall depending on what media you have).

Then you will have to download the update again and start over, this time with your laptop plugged into a reliable power outlet.
