Basically i built this computer in mid 2012 and am thinking i need a new cooling configuration, in addition to a 3D compatible video card and a new cpu cooler and or new cpu.
Current video card just isn't sufficient any more after i got my new monitor.
Got any ideas let me know.

If you are looking for a new GPU, I use an XFX R9 290 Black OC edition GPU because they are only $250 on Amazon. If you want to spend the money get something around it or higher, here is a Hierachy here on Tom's: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

What type of cooling are you looking for?

If you are wanting to just cool CPU Grab a Closed loop water cooler like Corsair's H75. 15 minute installation, no refiling or monitoring needed, comes with AMD socket options.
GPU can use the same thing if you buy a water cooling bracket like the NZXT Kraken G10 to mount another radiator loop.

I personally use 2 Corsair AF120 fans for intake on my case, an H55 water loop for my CPU(AMD FX8320). XFX's cooler is sufficient for my GPU thus far on its own.

A closed water loop takes up less space on the board itself than an Air cooler since the Radiator sits away from the board.

You will unscrew the bracket currently around the CPU socket(the two black plastic clips with 2 screws each) and mount the one for the water cooler in their place. Includes a back plate. You can then mount the Fan and Radiator together at the top of the case pulling air through it. The Pump and Fan will both use 1 3-pin fan connector, you can use 2 of the 3 at the top of your board as pictured, I assume one or two of those is labeled CPU.

Here is an example of how it will sit on the board(in this photo they have the radiator mounted on the back instead of the front but the pump is the same)
